Chemometrics is the application of mathematical or even statistical procedure to chemical information. A International Chemometrics Society (ICS) offers a as a consequence definition:

Chemometrics is the science of in measuring mass produced on the chemical models or even even run to the state of the technique via application of mathematical or statistical procedure.

Chemometric search spans the wide region of different methods which may be applied inside chemistry. There are techniques for collecting full information (optimisation of experimental parameters, design of experiments, calibration, signal processing) and for receiving references from either these information (statistics, pattern recognition, modeling, structure-property-relationship estimations).

Chemometrics endeavors to build a bridge between the methods & their application within chemistry.
